I took my teenage daughter in to begin treatments and while there they never mentioned me owing any type of payment. When I questioned the girl at the desk she was unfamiliar with insurance I guess she was new but the dr himself said most insurance will cover up to 30 visits per year and worst case I would owe a specialty copay of $45.
