Oh my, I can’t explain just how much I love this place. First off, I respect places that create their own syrups and/or buy local syrups. Mad respect for them! I can’t wait to get coffee from them every time I visit CDA or Sandpoint. We need one in Spokane! Love love love.
OMG!!!! The BEST coffee in the Inland Pacific Northwest!!!! I got a non-fat, decaf spiced mocha, and it was perfect. Perfect crema that made it taste rich, not too sweet (I hate oversweetened mochas made with hershey's syrup), perfectly spiced with allspice, a touch of cayenne (not so much it disturbed the taste of the coffee) in coffee that was perfectly roasted and brewed. I enjoyed being able to look at their roaster and their whole operation in a cute little place in downtown Sandpoint.
