I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Evangelista. The implant process was challenging, not just because of the procedure itself, but due to multiple mishaps throughout the treatment. When I voiced my concerns, Dr. Evangelista came across as dismissive and disengaged, which only added to the stress of the experience.Additionally, the cost he quoted was extremely high. The tooth he replaced fell out 1 month later, post included. Had to replace entire crown and now within 6 months its loose and another 2 dentists agree entire implant has to be replaced and showed me he put it in the wrong place. I tried calling to update him and NO response. He should lose his license
Dr. Evangelista recommended urgent deep cleaning for evidence of periodontal disease. I had no symptoms and asked to delay to next year. I recently had a second opinion with another dentist, who said that there’s no evidence of periodontal disease and deep cleaning is not indicated at all. The hygienist in the office also said that some other patients from Dr. Evangelista’ office who transferred care over had similar experience of being asked to do unnecessary procedures/ treatment. I wanted to have my tooth extracted because it was time for it go. The doctor just walked in no pleasantries exchanged not even a hello. He just sticks in a syringe and comes back in 5 minutes to do the same again. I was clueless of what the procedure was and what my after surgery care was going to be. He then made rude comments during the extraction and then left the room. I had to ask the nurse all my questions when I couldn’t open my mouth let alone speak. The guy is a tool. Never again

I am a long time patient of Dr. Evangelista. I travel to see him and won't let anyone else treat me. I've tried other dentists, but none of them compare. I just know I am getting the best treatment by him.
