I lived here 2 years and finally out! The Pros: are that the apartments overall is a quiet place and close to your local stores, and good area to live in. The Cons: easy flooding (especially towards the back), bad potholes, limited parking for residents. The landlord, Teresa, is never in the office only on Tuesdays(barely) if she’s not out of town.
