Very disappointing customer service - received a gift card back in February 2020, the Indianapolis shop is now permanently closed. Called the Lafayette store & they did offer to provide me a refund, was told I will have it in a week! Awesome - I could use that money for Christmas! Called a week & 1/2 later and was told it will take over 30 days to process the request. Being a local company I don't understand why it takes a month to get a refund. 10/5/19 - I left feeling VERY disappointed and upset after my haircut and I hate feeling this way. I have been wanting bangs for a long time. After seeing the positive reviews for this location, and 2 months of not having a hair cut, I decided to make a same day appointment. I asked for curtain bangs. I told the stylist I did not want straight across bangs and unfortunately the bang cut didn’t turn out at all like I described. Not impressed. Worst massage I’ve had I just did not like their technique at all. The ladies locker room has an unpleasant odor. The robes are thin and not really comfortable for covering up especially when not wearing a bra underneath. For the price I expected a more plush robe. The part that really irritates me was when I checked out, the therapist stood around while he asked me if everything was ok so I couldn’t really bring up that I didn’t enjoy massage, and then he asked me for gratuity right in front of her!
