Evan Sophir is a very friendly, professional, and results-driven realtor. His photographer took amazing photos of our house, and promoted it on local TV, YouTube, and social media to reach the right buyers. We received 2 offers within 10 days of listing, and closed about a month later. Evan has to be one of the most genuine agents in south Florida! He wanted nothing more than for my wife, my son and I to be comfortable, happy and confident in our decision of choosing a home. He’s very knowledgeable of the communities and what would suit our lifestyle!
