My favorite doctor! Knows me so well and what is best for my health. I trust him completely and wouldn't ever want to lose him as my doctor. Not only does he remember everything about me but he refers me to specialists that I may need, who I always feel comfortable with. His approach shows his respect for your health and yet he's able to make you want to laugh before the appointment ends. He's absolutely the best doctor I've ever had. My family was recommended to Dr. Schiffli after our previous doctor retired. I couldn’t be more happy. I have nothing but good things to say. He was able to diagnose a condition that previous doctors had spent years misdiagnosing. Wish I had met him sooner.
Very Disappointed in recent experience with PA Kim Wilkinson and Team of Staff/Nurses- Needed to get lab work done prior to appointment and when seeking help where to go in my area- simply told to "google it", and became a feat of chasing locations, and the office not having submitted paperwork. When calling office back again they were less helpful and eager to rush off phone. Dr. Schfiffli is Great, but I dont feel his support staff is helpful at all and they dont care about helping.
