We thought it was very clear from the beginning what we wanted from our case that we had agreed to pay $2k for the lawyer to fully represent us, but we were wrong. It was not easy money for us to come up with as a small family landlord. After the first court date, he said Mid May on the phone that day, and then at the end of the phone call, by the end of May. We have made it very clear that we wanted the tenant to pay the back rent as long as they live in our property, and Mr. Lane had promised at least to get a judge's sta... read more
Slow to do their job, doesn't keep their word, didn't let us know how the court went, and represented the tenant to give them another free month, totaling five months of free rent and electricity. Don't trust those phony positive reviews on Google as they do anything to remove negatives.
This lawyer is a crook. He did not do what he had originally promised, and recently removed all the negative Google reviews. We deeply question the legitimacy of the positive reviews as what we experienced was completely opposite.
Immoral language user he is like to use the N-word In a bad way when he is angry with someone of color or maybe it’s just me.?
