So, this man performed my (multiple types done all at once) spinal surgery in January 2023 in the hospital on an emergency basis when I had advanced metastatic disease compressing my spinal cord and so had lost the ability to walk and use the restroom. I went to the hospital I did specifically because he was there on advice of the doctor who finally realized I wasn’t making it up, looked, and found the fractures and tumors. Knowledgeable and kind doctor. Was very patient and explained everything in detail.
Dr. Winograd was hasty, lacked communication, was ill-prepared for appointment, did not address concerns and did not even advise on any future appointments concerning a serious injury. The staff did not know the difference between an MRI and CT scan. Dr. Winograd is another overpaid, aloof doctor...SAD!
For myself i had emergency back surgery didnt get a chance to know him before hand turned out to be wonderful
