Dr. Allen rarely sees his patients in person at his practice - Total Care Family Practice. I was only "gifted" the courtesy of a Telehealth call once, on which he sounded inconvenienced. In addition to his poor manner and unavailability, his front desk staff are completely unprofessional and inept.
