Services provided by Dr. Boyd and his assistant were excellent and professional. However trying to schedule the appointment was arduous and unpleasant. First of all your website hours are misleading, scheduling an online appointment was fraught with difficulty, text scheduling didn’t contact me until the day after my appointment and wait time to reach a real person was long. It took me better than 2 hours to get an appointment. Not a pleasant experience when one is in pain.
OrthoNY and Dr Boyd are top notch. For a younger doctor, Dr Boyd has an old school way about him, always listening and informative.
Everything from sign in to leaving was excellent. Everyone was extremely kind. Dr Boyd was very attentive and listen, answered and explained my questions and concerns
Dr Boyd went above and beyond for my 91yo mother with kidnesd and compassion
