Lady at the front desk was wonderful and I am very pleased with the product. However, the sassy young man who did my nails needs to learn some manners! I could do without the constant sighing, exasperation and eye rolling.
Had a Mani and the staff were great !!!
No informed financial consent prior to additional services whatsoever. This reflects a serious lack of cost transparency and raises concerns about basic business ethics. Extremely disappointed.
