I recently came here to have my gel polish removed, and unfortunately, the experience left my natural nails damaged. The removal process was far too aggressive. The male technician soaked my hands in acetone for too long, used too much force with filing and scraping, which stripped away the top layers of my nails and left them full of rough streaks and scratches. Hahn does a fabulous job on my nails, the end result is always exceptional and people often comment on how nice they look! She is a true professional and her work is of the highest standard! Thank you Hahn
I went to this nail salon as a walk in for a pedicure and gel refill. I was actually in the salon for over 2 hours and the end result is very disappointing. My nails are full of ridges and all different lengths and shapes, I will never return again!!
Don't waste your time and money here. I've been coming here for a few years now and in the last 12 months it's been consistently getting worse (especially when Sandy runs her mouth about wanting to smack customers bratty children!). Today's experience was the last straw. I had a booking with my usual technician for a pedicure and builder gel manicure.
