On December 20th I had two MRI's performed. I called the office as requested for the results on December 21st and was told dr would discuss at my next appointment scheduled for Jan 4th. On January 3rd her office called to reschedule as dr had an emergency and would not be in the office on the 4th. I requested a call back from the doctor to discuss the findings of the MRI's. Two days later we spoke and the results concerned her enough to order additonal tests to be conducted asap. Why so long
Dr. Pilcher has been the most incompetent doctor my husband has ever seen. She has little to no communication with her staff and she does not return call. Please, please seek help elsewhere if you have a life threatening neurological disorder.
