Dr pilcher was very friendly
My visits always seems rushed. It's always a long wait on the phone when calling in to make appointments only to be told to leave your name and number to be called back.
When my neurologist retired, I was referred to Dr. Pilcher. She has been extremely helpful and listens to all my concerns. Very pleased with all interactions.
Look elsewhere for care. I have seen her 3 times now in a period of several months with absolutely no plan for care. She is an expert in distraction and deflection to other specialties.

Dr. Pilcher always takes her time to listen to me and is never in a hurry. I barely get a chance to sit down in the waiting room and I am immediately called in to see her. I cannot express enough how wonderful and attentive Dr. Pilcher and her staff are! Been seeing her for years.
She came in the room for my mothers checkup and left within 30 seconds. She had her MA do all the talking. What kind of visit is that? I would NOT recommend her to anyone!!
Dr. Pilcher’s care, concern, and professionalism are outstanding. She called me personally the same day if my MRI. Furthermore, her neurological exam was extremely thorough. I am confident in her care.
Very helpful, put my grandfather on the best Alzheimer’s medication there is.
