We love Dr. Pilcher, she is straight forward with me, no nonsense. She is the best at what she does. I had numerous strokes, she helped me get to where I needed to be. I would give her 10 stars if I could

I saw Dr Pilcher for a chronic pain issue. She gave me more information than I’ve ever received from previous specialist physicians and suggested options to mitigate the pain. I highly recommend her.
I don’t know what’s happened here but my experience with this office has not been great lately. I used to like coming here. I am barely able to speak to Dr. Pilcher and I feel like she is gate kept by her NP and receptionists/care team. It’s been increasingly difficult to make my appointments. Either no one picks up or I get transferred to someone who sounds like they’re working from home and doesn’t have the capability there to schedule you with the NP if need be so you’re calling the office back anyway.
