For $38 plus tip, the pedicure felt rushed and low quality. The polish application was uneven and thin, and the massage was minimal, more like someone lightly rubbing my legs for a few minutes. There was a younger woman (maybe Helen?) that looked awesome but the middle-aged woman I got wasn't up to the task.

I’m very self-aware that I am a picky client about how my nails look. But I’m always respectful about it. This is my favorite shop. All of their technicians are wonderful to work with. Summer is my favorite nail tech. There’s not enough room for me to complement how much I like Summer. Don’t fill her books up too much cause I still need my nails done sometimes K ladies there it is. Go see Eva’s.

I took my gf here for pedicures. They were great! I highly recommend the gel/deluxe. My gf got her toes done, she had a certain style, and nail technician did exactly what she requested. Formally Cozy Nails, staff is great, everything is new and clean. If your in SW Portland and want a pedicure, go here.
