This practice all about money! They even sell a mask for $1 if you forgot. They gauge you for everything. Very rude and snobby stuff. No one person is friendly. Stay away !
She is so professional and self-assured. She definitely is competent and skilled. I felt really comfortable in her hands.
I did not visit. I tried to make an appointment and the person who answered was fairly rude and not helpful.
Dr. Simmons O'Brien has taken excellent care to advise me regarding different skins cancers that I have had. I trust her to always spot and diagnosis early stages of skin cancer
not only am i happy with my results over many years but it is a pleasure to come to dr. simmons-obrien's office
Horrible customer service experience. I’m not sure how this practice can be so “busy”. I waited 3 months for an appointment and was given incorrect information about my appt start time. Oh, and there was no confirmation call or email the day before or day of that could have saved me the mistake and hassle. I left work early, drove an hour across town, showed up with my fully completed pre printed paperwork, and was not seen. Furthermore, the receptionist could not have been less helpful or nice.
Very bad office. Rude , snobby . Terrible experience.
My only problem is the wait time to be seen.
