I had the Royale 4 and I love it. I had to give it away do to seizure. I hoping to get another one after the Drs. releases me. It been a year since I got to drive mine. I did not want it to sit in my garage and did not want it to go down hill for just setting around. The scooter is extremely excellent. Mileage and maintenance was excellent as long as you keep it that way. Ev Rider has excellent staff that will work with you.
I am very unhappy with the EV Rider transport scooter. It is very, very tippy and unsafe. It tipped over on me last night and now I can add an injured hip to my other handicaps. Hopefully it is not fractured. Trish Rice 218-348-0163
Very quality mobility scooters and power wheelchairs. I am a very proud dealer. Customer service is key in this industry and EV Rider takes that step above and beyond. Family oriented business and ran by down to earth people.
I purchased an ev rider scooter through an online company, med mart, and had the worst customer service possible. I immediately had problems with the scooter, when I called for tech support they were rude, sarcastic, called me a lair, and refused to help me. They actually said that they can't help me and hung up on me. We also purchased the in home repair insurance. The scooter was great for my Dad. Then, it quit working - except for the horn. After several contacts with the service department, it is still not working. I am having no luck with any concessions. The scooter was purchased in November and he did not use until spring - therefore, we are out of the return policy date. Do not buy this scooter unless you live close enough to return it yourself. We are stuck with an expensive, hardly used, not even dirty scooter. Kathy Griffin
