The best body shop experience I've ever had, they did not just bring back my 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS as good as new but they fought the insurance guys to make sure I'm getting everything I need to get my car fixed. They went above and beyond my expectations, they made the process very easy and smooth, they picked up my car, got me a rental and basically dealt with the insurance while I'm sitting at home not having to worry about a thing. Thank you EV GENERAL auto center it was a pleasure doing business with you.
Stopped by to get a quote. Once they found out I was going through insurance they wouldn't give me a quote unless I brought the car in so they start on it. and they would give me a price after all the parts were ordered. I wanted a quote to shop around on price. So they didn't help at all
