They say they take Medicaid, but they don't tell you until after the thirty minutes of intake paperwork and the hour-long initial appointment that they'll require a $50 deposit and a credit card number to keep on file - both things someone on Medicaid probably doesn't have. It's a waste of time and it's a betrayal of the trust mental healthcare requires you to give that things might get better. Eustasis is pretty skeevy in general, though, so I don't know what I expected.
Beware, if you're a POC. Been taking my son there for a few months. We are Mexican. Therapist has been generally nice but slow moving with what our plan was for him. Usually get seen around 10 minutes late and end early so getting around 45 min of therapy. No big deal. The big deal is the front desk people. They seem to hate their job and can be very rude.
