Great service and the guy named Ted took the time to go over every item -- very much appreciated -- and even got the leaves out of from under the hood. Service people rarely go that far to help, in my experience.
My son takes his VW to OJ at Volkswerks and recommended I take my Passat there, too. I am glad I followed my son's advice. This is a small, family-owned & operated business & you are treated as if your business is very important to them. They have loaner cars to make waiting for your car easier. We also had a horrible time with this shop. They did bad work and when we brought our (expensive) vehicle back to them they said they checked it out and couldnt duplicate the issues. BUT when I showed up to pick the car up it was in the exact "ODD" parking position that I dropped it off in. I now have serious trust issues with them. Took the car to another place and they had me on my way the same day. HMMMMMMM
This place was a great place to get your work done but not anymore. Unknowledgable staff, lazy and without answers and an arrogant "no time to deal with you owner operator" . Do yourself a favor and just pay the dealership or take your chances with some other garage. This is a waste of your money, and almost as bad a HUGE waste of your time. they had my car for 2 weeks before I even got my estimate. And thats with me calling and asking nearly every day.
