I took my Subaru a month ago to be diagnosed, 3 warning lights/alerts had come on. 4 weeks and $1000 later ( they did replace a $280 part) the lights are still on. I took my car back yesterday and was completely dismissed by the man in the office. After the diagnostic was ran again he came in and spoke to my husband only. When I asked a question he directed his response to my husband only. He said the problem is with the ECM and we were sent on our way. I am now talking to Subaru to figure out how to fix my vehicle issue.
Great people. Absolutely top tier service and a very deep well of knowledge when it comes to foreign cars. They took time to work with my extended service warranty, the office is clean and well kept with plenty of magazines, and they made sure to explain what was going on. Harlen (I think that's the spelling, sorry sir!) is a million percent honest and always willing to say what he can and cannot do. Kind and a service leader. Bring your vehicle here if it isn't domestic and let these folks take care of you.
