Parked at 127 Frederick St., Kitchener Galleria. I wasn't able to get a parking receipt upon exiting, and I emailed EuroPro on their website. They sent me a copy of the receipt on the next business day. Thank you Kelly, I truly appreciate it!
Terribly-maintained Parking Garages, Drastically Over-priced, Zero flexibility with customer service. Keep your money far away from these garages.
Beware the parking by Crabby Joe's or any Europro parking lots. We paid $10 for 8 minutes of parking today. Were there for 2 1/2 hours costing $18 from before 6:00 a.m. to 8:26 a.m. We only went there because the city parking lot was blocked off. Absolute rip off. Disgraceful
Equipment has been updated and the parking manager is quick to respond if needed. Europro own several lots in the downtown core and can provide monthly stalls as well as short term parking.
