Thank you for my order again this Mardi Gras season! I have ordered from your company every year since 2003. I have always received my beads extremely quickly, even when ordering close to the Mardi Gras parades I am in! I only wish I could shop in person to see the entire inventory up close, but being several states away makes this hard to do. :) I have had few problems with my orders, but when I did, Manny made things right. Have ordered twice from this company and have had great results? Orders have arrived quickly and no breakage. String light are great and will be ordering more next year, decorations are perfect and great fun. Wish I would have ordered more stuff, will next year. Great Company.

I ordered glow in the dark beads. They do not glow in the dark. I called and spoke with Manny/Nanny. He had a very pronounced accent. Would not replace my beads. Says website describes that they work best with black light. I went back and no where does it say those words. Even packaging says work well when left in direct sunlight. I am in Yuma AZ and I have left in the sun. Nothing. The only resolution I got was to purchase additional beads I didn't need at free shipping. Won't be buying from There again.
