Jenna was great! Personable, answered all my questions with kindness, and made the process as fast as possible while also being diligent to remove any remaining hair. . Highly recommend her! Scheduling was very easy and accommodating to my schedule. Facility is clean, bright, and welcoming. Front desk staff very friendly and explained options. Note: they do not accept cash.

Do not go! I have never gone to a center where patches were left and I had to shave a day later in order to wear a bathing suit. I was in so much pain and the wax expert took triple the amount of tries and time I’ve always experienced; clearly did not use the correct wax or heat and did not clean up after.
