Priscilla was amazing, she gave me great care, she was detailed, and gave we some great post visit advise!
Kayonna was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure my waxing experience was less painful. She made sure to make me feel more comfortable and at ease during an experience I usually dread going through.
I’ve had positive experiences at this location but the eyebrow wax I had on Monday, June 9 gave me serious burns. See attached photos. I’ve texted the location several times describing the issue and providing some of these photos. I also called yesterday afternoon and described my injury and was told a manager would call me back. It’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t heard anything. The burn blisters are very painful—I’ve been to urgent care and a doctor at work to address the swelling and pain.
