I had a great experience at the European Wax Center in Nob Hill. My wax specialist, Ashley, was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire appointment. She also took the time to explain aftercare and what to do (and avoid) post-wax, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, Charlotte was working the front desk and greeted me warmly.
