Always clean and very social.
I usually come to this location and never have an issue, until last night. The person doing my wax was either new or didn't have a clue. She got wax in my hair, I had to do a lot of post wax clean up, that she should have done, when I got home, including pulling out a clump of wax along with my hair! I have a lot of redness still this morning, which is very unusual for me, it looks I lost too many epidermis layers, I know some is to be expected, I may have to call my doctor on this one.
