I booked an 8:15 AM appointment and arrived on time, clearly stating I was on a tight schedule before a flight. I still waited 15 minutes, and the waxer wasn’t ready. It seems my time constraints were never communicated. I didn’t receive my service but was asked if I wanted to “redeem” one so the location wouldn’t lose the sale.
