Gabriela is the best! I’ve seen her for multiple services and every time she makes me feel welcome and comfortable. The front desk staff are great too! It’s nice to experience quality customer service and they take care of you like a friend.

I am leaving a 1-star review due to my experience with Patty, who was extremely unprofessional. I arrived 9 minutes late, and according to the company’s own policy, customers should still be accommodated within this timeframe. Despite this, Patty was unpleasant, dismissive, and refused to provide the service. To make matters worse, I found her sitting in the waiting area talking instead of assisting me. If the business has a 9-minute policy, it should be honored consistently and fairly to ensure proper customer service.
