Super easy to make an appointment. Sometimes you can make one same day. I've chosen to have a different waxer everytime I go. Each has been professional and kind. They do try to sell you their products after the service but if you politely decline they don't push.

Came in for my first wax appointment while pregnant and Jessica did a great job! Quick, detailed and kind.
First time at this location was a great experience! Ne-Ne and the young lady at the front desk were pleasant and professional! Ne- Ne provided a really good examination of skin and shared skin routine and products to use going forward! I will definitely be back to this location.😊
Miyah (the receptionist) was amazing! She is very welcoming and made sure that my visit was enjoyable.
