Update. Just went in for an emergency last minute wax. To my surprise they have a new manager at this location (Demetrius) well let me tell you it is 200% better! Kristin my technician was pleasant, and took care of everything I needed. I will return.....great, great service!!!!! Came in for my second wax after waiting a month for the estatichian I was comfortable with, only to find out they switched me to someone else! I then had to wait over 20 minutes for her to assist me. Not sure there will be a third appointment for me... read more
