GOT A CALL STATING THAT MY PASSES WAS FINISHED AND IF I WANTED TO GET A NEW ONE. MEL WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE PASS INFORMATION AND SHE MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT GETTING ANOTHER WAX PASS. MEL WAS GREAT!!!!
