Makyah is one of the best waxers I've ever used. I am giving this 1 star due to sudden close of the colerain center. Got my wax yesterday and found out they are closing in 1 week. Ive been a long time customer with packages and never got a courtesy call or message. I also feel bad for the staff as well as they also were just informed. I dont like changing waxers if I can help it. Really going to miss the staff at this location.
