Every thing went great. The receptionist up front was very kind and helpful and knowledgeable. Christy Knelsen was awesome and made me feel very comfortable. She never rushed and explained everything to me since it was the first wax job I’ve ever done. Had hair growing on my ears and is now completely gone and feels great. Naudia did an excellent job as my waxer. She deserves a bonus. She is very through and informative and tells you how to take care of yourself after a wax. She deserves a 5.
