The person doing the wax took 10 minutes to do it but somehow didn't remove any eyebrow hair. I left a 1 star rating through the survey and they scheduled me for another appointment without even asking
So glad to have met Kenna. She is very detailed, open to feedback, and super positive/friendly. It was my first time meeting her, but I immediately felt welcome and comfortable. It is nerve-racking trying new service providers, but I’m glad to have found my person!
Erin is fantastic she is so nice she talks to you though the whole process. I will be scheduling with her again
