Zikita was amazing, prompt, and made sure I was comfortable during the entire process. I had actually stopped waxing for over 2 year due to a prior painful wax experience, but she made returning worth it. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I got a half leg, Brazilian, and underarm wax a week ago and a lot of hair was still left over. I had to go to Waxology and have them clean up all of these areas. All of my waxes have had lots of hair still left over for the last few waxes I had booked. I tried different waxers.. different locations. I purchased wax passes for all of these areas. All the employees are amazing and sweet.. I believe just not properly trained or were told to rush through everything. I will be cancelling my wax passes and moving over to Waxology... read more
