Jasmin was very nice, but hands down the worst waxing experience of my life. I’m not sure if the wrong wax was being utilized or if Jasmin is brand new, but what would take at max 15 took over 30 minutes. The wax kept coming off in pieces, I was raw by the time I left. Legit still miserable today from it.

Very rude associates at the front desk, both of them had attitudes while talking to me rudely and loud. Neither deserve a bonus of any kind.
