I had a great experience visiting the wax center! The customer service was lovely, and everyone was super kind and professional. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is purely personal...I prefer soft strips wax and the European wax style is not my favorite; it does not fully remove the small hairs. But overall, they did a fantastic job!
