I came to this location to pay for my daughter's waxing session and purchase a few products. I asked the receptionist if I can have one of their pens, she said no bc they're for tips. I said OK. I stood there for about 8 minutes waiting for her computer to work, my daughter and another client came out from back and the receptionist asked if she could check them out then check me out....seriously?
