I have been going here a long time and they have collected a substantial amount of money from me. Today I ended up getting a service that was less expensive than what I was scheduled for. I happen to purchase the “wax pass” that gives a little discount if you purchase several procedures at once. They were more than happy to use my wax pass- which was more expensive- instead of refunding me the difference. What a disappointment. The staff is great but the owner/management is less than desirable, to say the least.

WORST SERVICE/CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I have been going to this location for almost a year getting my 12 y/o daughter's eyebrows waxed. I went today to see Kim, not the usual person I see, and experienced the worst service/customer service I have ever had. Kim waxed half of my daughters eyebrows and then stopped because "she has acne and put lotion on her face". This of course after they charged me. I see Torie every four weeks and she always does the best job. She makes you feel so comfortable and gives you best recommendations on how to keep up with your wax at home. She is very easy to talk to and answers any questions you asks thoroughly.

I have been a customer at the Gainesville location since they opened and bought a wax pass in January solely based upon the services I got from Kameisha. I was sent a text message that she was no longer with them and that they had moved my appointment to another specialist. That lost them points. When I called to inquire about the text and appointment, I was told that the day was still available but not the time I selected. More points were lost. STAY AWAY FROM RAKSHA!! She is extremely dangerous! She repeatedly kept applying unbearably hot wax on my sensitive area, didn't even care to ask if the temperature was right for me (a customary formality employees are required to ask). I kept politely insisting to kindly temper it down but she became very aggressive and upon further insisting, she walks out of the room job half-done leaving me alone in the room!
