My first experience with European Wax Center, couldn't be worse. My operator was Ivy. Clearly not interested in retaining a new client. I was waxed exactly a week ago. I noticed a hard to see area where I felt some hair. It was long enough to grab. I thought I would call to pop in for probably one strip. Ivy took my call and I explained. She said they have a strict policy that if I hadn't called in 5 days there would be no touch up. She then gave me a bs story that my next cycle of hair had already grown in. I’ve only had great experiences at this location. Everyone is so kind. Also, Brooke is the best! She makes the experience comfortable and as pain-free as it can be. She’s also very knowledgeable and gave me so many good after care tips!
