I would not recommend purchasing the wax pass. I was recently unable to keep an appointment. Normally, I would cancel but had an emergency and was unable to do so. My credit card was billed for 1/2 the cost of the service. Apparently, it is in the service agreement. A missed appointment, without the package, does not get billed. Seems like a bad way to treat customers who plan to be steady customers. I will use what I have already paid for but will not be a long-term client.
AJ is kind, patient, conscientious, and an excellent conversationalist. It’s easy to relax around her, in a rather vulnerable situation.
