I read a lot of reviews about not trusting ECW, but decided to give them a chance. I had a very disappointing experience with my waxer, Shay at European Wax Center. The service felt rushed, and the waxer wasn’t gentle or attentive throughout the appointment. There were still quite a few hairs left behind, and I left feeling like the service was incomplete.
