Have gone multiple times where they completely miss the main spots of hair. Wax is too hot and service is shit. Go anywhere else
I like SOS wax better, they actually care and do everything quick. I came here for the first time to check it out, girls in front are very nice, even my waxer, but she just rushed everything and didn’t look like she wanted to make sure everything was ok, she just wanted to move to the next person. I left with spots of hair and she even missed a lot of spots. But I’ll just stick with sos wax better.
I visited European Wax Center for the first time today. It was easy to make a same day appointment and they were very timely calling me in. The office was very clean. The technician was very professional and everyone had excellent customer service skills. I'll definitely be back.
The Front Desk girl, India, is such a sweetheart!!!! What an asset to your business. Had to switch my appointment & she was so patient & understanding about it all. She was able to fit me in with someone else so there was a happy ending after all. Give her the biggest high five from me for going above & beyond to make sure I could still get waxed today. She literally searched every office until she found an opening & saved the day. I owe her. Thanks. India. ♥️
