My appointment was supposed to be at 3pm. Received a text message at 2:40 letting me know my waxer was unavailable. Extremely unprofessional especially when I was on my way. I also understand that things come up and this could have been avoided with better communication (see next part). The person on the phone said the owners couldn’t figure out the waxers schedule and couldn’t reschedule me for over a month?! When were the owners aware the waxer wasn’t working today?
