RecommendedI’ve been going to the Walnut Creek locations for several years now. I have had several waters and all of them are fantastic!! Currently I have Chelsey as my waxer and she’s FANTASTIC!! I recommend this place and also get the wax passes!! They are the best to have

I had a Wax scheduled for 5 weeks for the day before a lake trip. Got the confirmation call the day before and showed up to my appointment. THEY CLOSED EARLY TO CLEAN AND NOBODY CALLED ME! Nobody bothered to call me and tell me that my appointment was canceled. I left a message asking for an apology and nobody returned my call. I complained to corporate and nobody returned my call.
