Horrible customer service I was one minute late due to traffic and they refused to see me going on a European trip and wanted it to get wax before I go but apparently that ain't going to happen because I was a minute late yet the place was empty. I even called ahead of time to let her know but they still did not try to help customer

This place is awesome the front desk girls Ali (Alexandria) and Olivia are the best and my waxer Evelina is so fleeting and exceptional
