I lived at 710 Washington Boulevard for five years and it was a wonderful place to live! As a single woman living alone, I really felt so at home in this apartment. The building is well maintained, safe, and relatively quiet. Both Erol and Cheryl are very kind and attentive landlords - any issue I had was always addressed quickly and thoroughly. I lived at 710 Washington for the last 3 years and loved living there. Our unit was fully updated and I never heard our upstairs neighbors. Cheryl and Erol are absolutely wonderful landlords, and they were very quick to respond to any maintenance issues. I especially appreciated that Erol manages his own maintenance crew and they were on the property nearly every day. I'll definitely miss living there, but it was time for us to move to a bigger space.
Heat would go out frequently every winter/fall. I tracked that over 60x it went out. We had to get the city involved. I would wake up to my apt being 50F, well below the legal limit. BTW The heat STILL goes out. If you are living at 459 S. Blvd and this happens, call the city immediately. The management will lie and say they are coming to fix it. They are too cheap and don't want to turn up the heat to the legal limit. They will also gaslight you saying because your window was cracked open a centimeter for fresh air that's w... read more
I lived at one of European Touch’s buildings for over three years, as I was getting my doctorate downtown and it deteriorated significantly over my time there. During my time there, there was a 14 day period where I didn’t have the legal required heat for 9 days. Cheryl seriously asked me during this period if I had my windows shut… obviously, being winter, I did.
