THE CHAIRS HAVE A DEFECT AND EUROPEAN TOUCH WILL NOT HONOR THE WARRANTY, THE SERVICE REP WAS A JOKE. PLEASE PURCHASE YOUR PEDI CHAIRS FROM ANOTHER COMPANY
