The quality and customer service is so astonishing. Yes you can find dry cleaning for as low as $4 a piece. But the material they ise at this place are all premium. The other thing is Mr. Bijan is so knowledgeable about clothes material and he’s always willing to share it with customers. He’s so honest that sometimes he tells me “you don’t need to go for dry cleaning for this shirt, you can easily wash it at home using this particular material”. Quality, location, and pricing. This business has everything I want and am ecstatic to have such wonderful hard working people to help with my shirt, pants, and suits. The Hand Pressed shirts are different than any other location, and are without a doubt one of the main reasons why I take my clothes to Bijan and European Saratoga Cleaners. Highly recommended!
European Saratoga Cleaners is amazing -- quality work and very reasonable prices. When I first discovered them I was a bit cautious about entrusting them with my St. John knits and more delicate outfits because their prices were so much less expensive than other reliable cleaners. But, as my friends who first recommended them already knew, they are highly professional and do such beautiful work that I had nothing to fear. They are a rare find: impeccable cleaning, courteous and reliable service, and affordable!
