Slav, the project manager, worked closely with my insurance company to make sure the replacement material was of the same quality as the damaged one and got reimbursed under my policy. He was very responsive and accommodating in meeting my needs for using the house during the construction period. Our pipe burst and ruined our floors. Slav was very responsive and easy to work with. He gave us updates throughout the process and answered any questions and made changes as needed. I hired Slav (European Restoration) for a bathroom renovation. The project turned out better than expected. Most importantly, it was done with no delays as promised . All the work from demolition to cleanup and tile/paint work was executed flawlessly. I want to add that whenever the work was done the entry/ exit was properly covered to avoid any disturbance to the house And full privacy was maintained.
